Sourcing Meat - Locally and with few "food miles".
We select meat mainly from Hereford, Worcestershire and Shropshire. Poultry and eggs come from respected nearby farms and are certified Free-Range. Beef is primarily Welsh Black or Hereford. Lamb is English. Pork is also Free-Range and selected by Howard for sweetness and tenderness.
